Complex flavor, strong aroma, and floral character is unique to this coffee because of the climate and altitude of where it is grown in Guatemala. The beans are grown in San Pedro La Laguna, a Guatemalan town on the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán. Atitlán’s soil is the richest in volcanic organic matter that overlook the shores of Lake Atitlán. The coffee is harvested mostly on the Pacific side around three of the volcanic mountains around the lake.
 
The coffee beans provide deep body and low acidity with hints of chocolate and cinnamon.  Generous Grounds is one of a few who offer 100% single sourced coffee from Guatemala, and our small batch roasting will bring out unbeatable flavor.
